One of my most favorite movies of all time. I wasn't actually a big fan of you've got mail so seeing this healed something in me but also I really loved it. It's also the only Jimmy Maggie movie to have a happy ending :(

The trio - Jimmy, Margaret & Frank made another movie the same year called The Mortal Storm which is total opposite from this movie. It's an anti nazi movie that was personally banned by Hitler himself.

No, I meant Frank Morgan who plays Mr. Matuschek in this one & plays Margaret's father in The Mortal Storm. It's a very haunting movie. But incredibly important. For a funny movie, I'd highly suggest watching The Philadelphia Story. It's the movie that made me love Jimmy.

Funny enough, besides It's a Wonderful Life, the first time I watched Jimmy's work was in his Hitchcock films. I didn't even know he did slapstick till years later.

Same here. I had watched Rear Window as a suggestion from a friend. But I somehow found out about philadelphia story and when I watched it, I got so happy, I watched 20+ movies of Jimmy in a month.
