The team doesn't play well in bad weather from what I'm noticing. Purdy's power and timing looked off from the jump. He may be over compensating for the weather when he doesn't need to be.
As an Iowan, it is always nice to hear how Brock has done despite initial low expectations. Can't say I've been following football this season.
Just like Caitlin Clark, please remember that athletes are real people, can have bad days, & perform not at their best. Hopefully he'll be better next 1
The gameplan was the opposite of last week for whatever reason, but the high variance has been so much about him overcompensating for the lack of CMC/BA.
Purdy’s decision making tonight has been hard to watch. Horrifically under throws what should’ve been 6 points and follows it up a play or two later with chucking it into triple coverage for an INT.
are we officially off the bus of Purdy being a great QB? I mean this was his chance to show the world he could do it without all the weapons around him
People will just blame Deebo. He has been ass today but that one deep pass to him was up so long that Kinchens got back to it for the PBU. Not to mention the INT
Deebo dropped a 3rd down pass that hit him in stride and it flipped the game. And if the throw you're talking about is in the air that long, why didn't he adjust rather than fade to the ground to make a play? He folded when the O needed him the most this year.
Purdy seems to be overly-focused on Kittle. Even with the injuries, the team is loaded with other offensive weapons that should be put to better use. If they don't work on him making better use of his passing options during the off-season, he should be headed to the Jets as well.
After the season he had last season I doubt that. I think it was more of the play calling. Sunday they were running screens and being a lot more creative. Today felt like they went back to that basic play calls we have been seeing all year.
As a Bear's fan, it was something else to go play the niners, thinking how we are good & almost beat all these good teams, only for bad luck to strike. Then San Fran reminds you, nah you're just a crap team.
Then San Fran plays LA... wtf?
Starting Brock Purdy may have cost me my fantasy season in 2024. My win probability is at 37% now, and I will need a miracle from my remaining starters to fill in the void. Purdy has been added to my 2025 DO NOT DRAFT LIST.
The purdy rollercoaster was the #1 thing you noticed when going over his college tape going into the draft... Now that he doesn't have a super team to hide it... It's really been showing.
There were a few plays in the first half that I felt he should have run. Make the defense account for him. Would have shifted the dynamic enough to maybe open things up a little. That sense of urgency was needed and Purdy/SF have not been playing with it
Ironies of ironies. Jake Moody does his job and the offense just craps in their pants. The defense held the Rams to 12 points, one point less than they gave to the Bears. After Deebo complains that he's not getting touches, they give him 7 targets, 3 catches, 1 god awful drop.

follow back when you can
(hey it cant hurt to ask, right)
It's really that lack of reliable options both underneath and in man coverage.
He’s not Brady, like the hype train made him out to be, but he’s consistently shown flashes of elite skills.
Clearly needs something to turn the corner tho
Bears are pretty bad this season.
Rams are much better.
