People who argue that harm reduction doesn’t work don’t understand what harm reduction does. Without naloxone, supervised consumption sites, methadone, and prescribed alternatives we would see an even greater increase of deaths. Harm reduction doesn’t eliminate harm, it reduces it.

2. they seem to miss that harm reduction is only one piece of the puzzle,there isnt one solution to the harm caused by the racist war on people who use drugs
We don’t need a pill for everything. Cocaine misuse is mostly a mental issue.
