Shortly after Lincoln was elected in 1860, states started to secede. By early 1861, 11 states separated from USA to form the Confederate States of America, marking the beginning of The Civil War that ended in 1865. It can happen faster than you think.

They might be more focused on where to get money to support their basic needs since only FL and TX left with money surplus. Many believe the systems are so corrupted and under Elmo's control, with corrupt SCOTUS and other agencies, it will be impossible to turn the mess around using diplomacy.

Convince the State legislature to agree and get a favorable referendum result, then might be a way (but boot MTG into another red State first). Might be good to have an ally in the midst of what ever is left of red USA.

I agree! The California and the New York economies alone are worth Trillions of dollars. California is the 5th largest economy in the world. I am sick of giving my tax dollars to the Red State Crazies. The blue states literally transfer their wealth to the red states.
