Think I only ever saw two C16 games at retail, I did know somebody who had a +4 later on and somehow they had quite the library.

Read that Dave Pleasance sold a lot of inventory to a store, but it was clear the buyer had no idea or particularly cared what he was getting. He just wanted Commodore machines to flog because they were selling well.

With that kind of attitude, those on the shop floor stood no chance.

Oh yeah. My first computer was a C16. Wish I still had it. Had a cracking version of Galaxians for it (called Galaxions... Because no-one would suspect that was a knock off, oh no...).

Had my first brushes with Jeff Minter and Shaun Southern on my C16!

Got rid, which was a shame because it was a present from my (long RIP) dad, but since picked up a C16 and a few Plus/4s for SD2IEC funs.

Some of the C64 conversions to it are pretty amazing, considering!

For years I thought the C16 would OBVIOUSLY have the same motherboard as a Plus/4, right?

Just with less RAM & ROMs because it didn't have the built-in apps?
