I had this built to replace two mismatched bookcases & the old coffee table the TV sat on. Before I could find new homes for the old bookcases, books mysteriously to fill them again.

Thank you! Yes I completely feel your pain - was renting for a few years before I bought my house and I had to literally pile them up in my wardrobe then due to lack of space on the sole bookshelf 😭

Ask away if you can't read any of the titles. Mostly sci-fi and fantasy. Nature based books like watership down, wind in the willows etc. A few WWII books. And a fair bit of Enid Blyton.

I spy some doctor who books! Are they any good? I loved the show - watched the reboot as a young child with my dad from 2005 until about 2017!

They are, I love Dr who, most dr Who novels are like an average episode. Some I like, some are fantastic, some are meh, and on rare occasions they suck. But overall I really enjoy them. I haven't read "The Ruby's Curse" yet, but it's written by Alex Kingston who plays Riversong in the show.
