If one windstorm wasn't enough, a ~970s hPa low is expected to take a more traditional wind storm track toward Vancouver Island on Friday. A number of EPS members are picking up 40-50 mph wind gusts for Sea-Tac again. Time will tell.
Meanwhile, easterly winds should ramp up around 4-5 pm today.
