I do! I think it really does help me, especially with medication. I often can’t remember if I’ve taken it or not but if it isn’t on the app I know I did.
My husband and I both do! It's silly how well it works. Sometimes when I'm too tired to brush my teeth I tell my finch that I already did it, and then I don't want to lie to the pretend bird so I brush my teeth. I definitely recommend it!
YES! I love it. It's helpful for me to see the little wins I have throughout the day, but it also has good "first aid" resources when I'm spiralling or even having a panic attack.
I absolutely love it. I splurged on the premium version after a while and for me, it's worth it. It really helped me build better habits and it's also just plain adorable.
I am currently addicted, I sent my birb on her adventure as I walked in to church so she can get back by bedtime, everything is normal and balanced here.
I did! I liked it for a long while before I got too used to it and my adhd said “this is old hat and it won’t motivate me anymore!” I always have to change up my motivation coping skills because they wear off fast
Yes, for a year. The breathing exercises and soundscapes are what I miss. It got to be too much to try to maintain both myself and the bird, and work bought us all a subscription to Calm. But it was helpful and affordable when I couldn’t afford therapy.
