Same. I’m a man of routine and structure and being able to organise and prep and know what’s planned ahead for the week is just 👌.

I am very much not 😂 Routines delete themselves from my brain and I rarely have the energy and executive function to plan and execute a structure

Oh no I agree, I mean I need the enforced structure to keep me right otherwise it’s all tits up. In order to be productive in any way shape or form I need the plan laid out otherwise it’s not happening. I literally have three wall calendars at home to keep me right and my phone is full of lists.

Yeah I have all the lists and wall calendars (whiteboards everywhere) too. It’s the enforced bit, I think. I need help with that; can’t do the enforcing and the following both myself. Also maybe a reverse body doubling effect of living alone
