Had my performance review today and not nothing but praise and then a $0.79/hour raise that they won’t even negotiate with me on. It’s not even 3%. I’m so done with this shit man. A $23 billion dollar company can’t pay me to keep up with inflation, much less give me even a whole dollar an hour raise
