I cannot wait. I still think Enemy is one of the most important books in recent times, and the Jasmine books are comfort reads for me, but I look forward to something a bit lighter. Less than a week! ☺️

Thank you so much for the kind words. Enemy took a lot out of me and to see the fiction seeping into reality is terrifying. Writing something lighter helped and I hope you really enjoy it. Releasing on my mom's birthday as she was the inspiration behind it.

She was my first beta reader. Loved her notes, but also a few of 'Do I really sound like that?' 'Oh, Kimberly, I wouldn't do that!' I needed to remind her that it's a character 😂

Took me a long time to move past losing a dear friend in an airplane crash, but I watch Air Disasters on Smithsonian. Maybe the science fascinates me. Whatever helps or comforts.
