I'm not reading the whole thread because who fucking cares, but since the NYT is one of the driving forces of our current trans moral panic (and our current escalation into [let's call it] high fascism) anyone arguing that you should keep you sub is full of absolute shit.

4/ But no, you shouldn’t cancel your sub. The NYT is our last powerful paper, and the most consequential journalism outfit in the country. I just wish they’d stop stepping on rakes and have a way to take in criticism and report out on their choices, good or bad.
