Gyms need bouncers. You can tell just by looking who shouldn't be in there. Just like night clubs, packs of young males are the #1 refusals. They stand around blocking machines and never actually do anything.

That's why you go to the gym in the mornings. Place is half full at best, and it's all senior citizens and middle-aged women doing nothing but cardio. No high school hockey dicks and crossfitters to be seen.
Valid! I was a 6am faithful for that very reason. But that doesn't work anymore with kids. I'm soon just going to cave and buy a bike or treadmill to have at home.
Oh man, i get it. I got derailed in the summer from a gauntlet of daycare imported illness that lasted until November. Sickest stretch ever. Finally started on the bike again.
