One of my favourite episodes. I was fascinated by the initial reaction to 'the dress', but saw it merely as an example of how much our perception of reality can differ from one person to the next.
But learning the mechanisms grounds that intuitive understanding.
For me, it's a reminder to maintain some uncertainty.
