An egg gives an X chromosome and the sperm that fertilizes it will give either an x or a y chromosome. Typically those chromosomes tell the fetus which sex organs to develop at ~ 7-12 weeks. Women are (🤞🏼🤞🏼) born with all their eggs. Men don’t make sperm til puberty. Exceptions happen. Sex =\= gender
