Omg. This would be cool. But i guess defeats the purpose which is alerting blind people a car is coming. All EVs should make the same noise for this reason, and clearly not the noise teslas make by sound of it (its not mandatory until next year here so havent heard it myself)

Like, I will grudgingly admit that when I hear it I know exactly what it is and where it is, and the changing pitch even gives me information about its speed. NGL, It is effective. I still hate it.

There's an entire science to it and it's highly regulated by each country. That's why they all sound similar, but each manufacturer tries to make theirs unique.

Every EV in the US today makes noise. It's creepy when they don't. The sound generator broke on ours and without the noise it was quieter than a someone riding a bike. Now it's back to sounding like a spaceship.
