Educate voters to see that ALP or LNP is not the only choice of govt. Their preferences are powerful & collectively can bring a far more representative, rigorous minority govt.

Most of the issues you & many others have with Labor is to do with good legislation being watered down so as to pass the Senate's scrutiny. It's a numbers game.
Labors capitulation has created a vacuum.
So build it, then get approval?
