Jordan Bardella is playing the long game, he knows he has a chance of power this year when, inevitably, here in France we will have elections later this year. Because the left is so fractured, France will vote in the RN and then in 2027 they will elect Le Pen as president.

No but I do happen to live in a part of France that is dominated by the RN and I do happen to listen to the news and Jordan Bardella is a very good orator, very convincing. Le Pen knew what she was doing when she made him the party leader.
