you dont need a voter card, just bring identification to your poll on election day, or advance polls.

Speaks to how on top of this upcoming election the Elections Canada personnel are. We received our cards last week.
During the provincial election my husband received his card the day of the election. I received mine the day after.

I got mine a week before and my wife and son got theirs 2 days before. Still they were on time. Snap elections cause a time crunch.

I was going to vote early but the vote on election day is in my village church - which is a 4 minute walk from my house and never has lines during working hours - so I think I’ll vote then.

My walk for the federal election just got 500 meters shorter than when I voted in the provincial election. I'm pretty happy with that.
