At least that was the whole team. The pick 6 Geno threw against the rams was even more brutal. Don’t forget Giants game was middle of 3 in 11 and Giants played Thursday. Hawks got home Tuesday morning from Detroit

100%. A defensive coach was brought in to ensure we can compete with McVeigh and Shanahan’s schemes. Certainly looks like that was a success. Just missed playoffs by the hairs on our chinny chin chins

-Giants Game
-1st rams game

His pass happy offense WILL NOT WORK. IF Grubb can adapt, fine. If not? Move on. We don’t need a great offense, just a good one.

It’s not. We are nowhere close to contending and the promise was that we would be ready to contend just by changing coaches. The D improved and Offense ended up being the worse in a decade. If you are happy with just 9-10 wins and missing playoffs, yep, it was a successful season

Mike did well on Defense & dropped the ball on Offense & ST (both units ended up bottom 12). So, we basically traded for a good D over bad offense/ST this season. Yes, Mike Mac looks like a promising HC; but he has so much to prove. We saw the worst of NFCW and still couldn’t win the division.

Only diff is the Defense got better and into the top 10 while the offense slided down to the 20s (first since 2011). So if you think taking 4 steps backwards to get 2 steps ahead is success, I salute you. MM seems like a good HC material. Next season will determine if he’s the long term answer.

Kudos to MicMac. The Seahawks defense is much improved, reminiscent of the LOB. MikMac’s football IQ will eventually see thru Geno’s meaningless QB stats. QB greatness is always measured in wins and losses. MikMac identifies problems and finds solutions. I’m Looking for a New QB in 2025.

In order to see, folks have to open their minds and eyes. Instead they dismiss prospects knowing nothing about them. 2025’s top rated QB draft picks we’d have to trade up for. However Dillon Gabriel will be available to us. His stats are better than Nix or Penix. He fits our offensive system.

If you are speaking about a replacement for Geno, few argue that Geno’s a mediocre QB, and if he’s playing behind a solid Oline he can succeed. We have 3 QB’s already signed who can do that and for a fraction. People can’t see what they won’t open their eyes to. The QB talent is limitless out there.

It was a much better season than I expected . Of course, I wish it had ended in a different way but I think there are a lot of positives that came out of a season with a first year HC. Hopefully they'll hang on to those, fix the things that are broken and, next year, we won't lose to the Giants.
