Recently I was reflecting on getting older, and how it’s a journey of self discovery. Funny how in the western world, aging can feel like a bummer. I look at things a little bit differently.

I can’t lie, I turned 30 and this has been one of the worst years of my life. Through almost no fault of my own. Things are just crumbling around me. I’m hoping 31 will be better 🤞🏻

I feel you. Honestly, it’s been a really rough year for me too. But I am optimistic about the future! Besides the crazy external stuff outside of my control, internally I’m feeling more secure in myself than ever. That’s been my silver lining! All the best for the years to come, it’ll get better. 🫶🏽
