The fact that people are even questioning what “due process” he’s owed is insane. They just grabbed him, said his lawful permanent residency had been revoked, refused to show his lawyer a warrant, and dragged him off. He’s owed the same due process as anyone else physically present in this country!

Mahmoud Khalil, a graduate student who was a leader in talks between demonstrators and Columbia University officials last spring, was arrested by Department of Homeland Security agents Saturday night despite having a green card, his attorney said.
