if it helps, i showed your video about dysphoria to the people i live with, because it was nearly word-for-word the experience i had with my own dysphoria
so idk, i think you were very real for that
I've found that when I'm in a good state of mind, setting up my defenses in advance by surrounding myself with as many affirmations and sources of euphoria as possible very much helps
This isn't feasible until these features develop, but something that helps me tons with dysphoria and impostor syndrome is playing with my boobs, or putting my hand on my hips or thighs to feel fat distribution changes, since that's immediate physical affirmation
