Viz typically won't publish anything sexual. Kodansha USA won't either, except under Vertical Books, which they purchased outright cuz it had a bunch of Kodansha licenses. Seven Seas has published a lot of risque Shueisha manga, but typically Kodansha only publishes Kodansha manga translations.
