It is up to 46 other Democratic Senators to decide if they still have confidence in his leadership after his decisions in 2024 & 2025.
I assess it’s time for a change.
Schumer is up for re-election to the Senate in 2028. If he loses, his last day in office would be January 3, 2029.
Senators serve 6-year terms, not 4.
The caucus can change leadership before then, if they chose.
