C+. He came in like a bull in a china shop, blew it up for what? First round exits and a bunch of dudes. He didn't get rich throwing money to the wind. He won't win a ring doing the same.

A-. He was aggressive in making acquisitions like KD, has made stadium concessions more affordable, and has upgraded team facilities. At the end of the day I would rather have an owner who spends their money and tries to win (even if the moves don’t work) than one that does nothing and doesn’t care.

I will give him a B-. For the moment, he has been doing a good job with creating a culture and a place where players want to come here and an even greater job with the Mercury. Yet, Bradley Beal trade was a mistake especially when they did not remove his no trade clause.

So far, He gets a grade of “A” for effort, history, facilities, and spending, and he gets a rating of “D” for roster management.

Overall- I give him a “NA” as it is still to early and not enough data.

However if he brings in Butler I will give him a F for not learning after Beal.

D. He went for the big splash and failed. It's time to reboot and focus on getting younger, faster players. Take a cue from the Dbacks and create some Chaos.
