2/ I'm slowly getting around to re-working earlier #keto recipes, where I used erythritol, before I knew better.
Now I use allulose, which tastes better, doesn't give that weird cooling sensation in the mouth, and hasn't been implicated as a cardiac risk!

Aside from flavour, whey isolate isn't something people are likely to have, AND gave a dry, grainer texture.
The new recipe is 1 gram higher in net carbs, but still only 2.5 net carbs per cake.
