Meanwhile, unprecedented threats of losing all federal funding are pushing schools and universities to talk w attorneys, not make public statements.
This may be a foolish question (I am an Engineer not a Lawyer) but is there anything that can be learnt from the constitutions of other countries that might strengthen our own?
Separation of powers perhaps one thing we do better (no 'Johnson appointed judges' here)?
