a lightbulb went on for me as I realized that linda was that lady who interviewed elon at the ad convention, the one that people hought might sink twitter for good if it went bad. the reaction was mixed, some felt she was more tough in appearance than the content of her questions

ah great question!! 1) a source believes twitter is worth closer to $8 billion 2) her and elon both seem to have extreme right-wing views, but somehow people think she could balance it w/ left-wing views for the sake of revenue (im personally not so sure that’ll be the case, but something to watch)

Good article. As I said before, I've been in several meetings with Linda Yaccarino. I'm a little surprised, but the choice makes sense, from the Musk point of view. She's an incredibly focused and strong person. Not sure if it will change the Twitter trajectory though.

I'm on the tech side, but she's about as smart as it gets in the ad revenue game. She's got the relationships and knowledge to make it work. The question is does Twitter have the eyeballs that ad agencies want to sell to? Raw eyeballs isn't enough, it has to be the RIGHT eyeballs.
