Tbf to farage(which I can't believe I am typing) it must be really difficult to start a new party. The existing parties and their deep infrastructure/processes always have the upper hand. Plus farage doesn't want to do the work and has terrible ideas.

Reform are a flash in the pan, the Farage show. For a party to gain long-term traction it needs deep roots and a pipeline of talent. With Farage at the helm who, with long-term political ambitions, would join a party where internal progress is blocked and the lime light horded greedily.
