So after many years of collecting, I can safely say with this last book to add, I now own every Classic #DoctorWho story in Target Book form πππβ¨

What a way to finish. Great book, absolute killer cover that I remember well from back in the day. One of those that neither filmed version of the story can hope to live up to.

1981. The only other boy in school who'd even heard of Dr Who had that paperback β just that one. My world was Fourth Doctor-only and I strained to imagine what the First Doctor might sound like or be like...
Not a huge reader of the Doctor Who books, but did read The Ark in Space after watching the show and was blown away by how much more grim/graphic Ian Marter made it. Went far too soon; a great writer.
