They were saying that they can't go ahead with certain plans as the court had said it was illegal.

As I thought, this was a case taken against the Tory government, Labour is not releasing it's proposals until Spring. It's reported as the Government losing because it was a ruling against the DWP but the Tories were in power when it began.

How did it appear they were going to do that when they are in the process of carrying out a full review? Labour's plans will be published in the Spring, this court case was brought against the previous Tory Government, it's nothing to do with the current Government.
