Honestly most of it (I'd guess) is genuine, because (1) I don't think it's a strategy that a bot would identify as successful in motivating left-wing people and (2) a lot of it reads like cope, because they honestly wanted to believe he couldn't be re-elected... and that is pretty understandable.
