The Federalist Society judge is wrong , no one is above the letter of the law. Even Trump after the SCOTUS said he had immunity limited in scope to the powers assigned in the Constitution regarding the Executive Branch.

There is no explicit Constitutional prohibition against rendering previous presidential pardons entirely "null and void." Therefore, it's hard to see why all liberals are screaming like a hysterical pack of wild hyenas over this issue.
