I stopped abruptly after I had a stroke. My memory immediately became better and continued to improve. I was able to remember way more about my life than before, it was like pulling a thread and following wherever it went in my brain.
My cognition improved and my thoughts were much more controllable. I wish it wouldn't have taken a stroke to choose a healthier lifestyle. I can't change the past.
