We need to stop using plastic containers. When I was a kid we had brown paper bags, glass jars and bottles, metal pots and pand and metal cans most recyclable or biodegradable. Then came Tupperware, Teflon etc.
I once read somewhere, Maybe it was Mother Jones maybe that of the coast of Somalia a place that medical waste is dumped destroying fisheries that the Somalian fishermen use that’s why pirating started,some not all,so called third world dumping, if true,cruelty is the point,what goes comes around
Capitalism and consumerism are destroying this planet and we’re being told that it’s too expensive to fix, as if having a livable planet is a luxury we can’t afford instead of a necessity we need as a species.
