Not only sign up, but PAY! They want to charge me $5 for the privilege of telling their driver not to bother coming to deliver a package (and wasting time and gas) because I won't be home. It's ridiculous. FedEx lets you do it for free as they're smart enough to know its to their benefit. UPS sucks.
