Adding, for clarity - I think Cuomo's appeal to most who (other than low-info voters, for whom it's just name recog.) is that "he'll stand up to Trump." They don't care about COVID malfeasance - old news.

But he won't stand up to Trump. Trump is too strong for Cuomo. He only picks on less powerful
