The comments to meteorologists that were fired a few weeks ago were >80% things like "good", "get a real job", "deal with it snowflake", "learn to code", etc. That, as much as anything, was the real tell that it truly is The Bad Place™.

Seriously? "learn to code" 🤦♂️ All I remember doing in getting my degree decades ago was writing code. I mean it was Fortran 77 .....but hey, I wrote a mean infinite do loop 😜
