and this is not just for if you have chronic pain! even if it just makes doing alt text a little faster and more doable for you, i say go for it! most phones have a quick microphone type button you can use to turn on talk-to-text ! <3

And for images with text in, you can tap the box on the right side of the image and select copy, then paste it into the alt text box

If you can copy that text to a holding doc next time you use the same GIF or jpeg you can copy it over. It only takes a few seconds to do that.

I write alt text, but my specific roadblock is idk if my details are the best to describe the thing or if I should focus more on something else and less focus on another. Like, I want to use alt text effectively and not word vomit for those that use it.
