It’s a legal technicality they can’t protect brand rights on an area of a city but they can protect Hotspur and, to an extent, Spurs so they are pointing toward that. It’s a total non story

When I read the article, it feels like an email you’d send showing a company/brand style guide if you’ve ever worked with one or had to list it on your site. I’ll list Mastodon (another open source project) as an example as I couldn’t find one for Bluesky.

People are waaaaay over their skiis about this because they either only read the headline or didn't parse what the article is actually about and it drives me crazy.
