Duncan and Browaty have been consistent, and Browaty loudly so over recent weeks, that their aim is to stop serving the people served by Connections. They aim to exclude. It is not an accident, nor misunderstanding.

What became clear as I watched today, and as Gillingham and Browaty dismissed the need for library services outside the security barrier, was that they fully understand the value of Community Connections to its users, but that they do not see the users of the service as having any value.
