Ha, no problem at all! I appreciate it — as someone who wrote a book on bioinformatics data skills, I am still continually reminded how easy it is for errors to slip through. People vastly underestimate how tricky this stuff is, especially when bashing out quick analyses. Analyses need scrutiny!
I checked, the days greater than 365 is correct, because I've indexed things since Jan 1st. The season starts around 200 days in (summer), runs for a year until the next sheet is started. I did check to see if there were duplicates across a season; these looked like failed searches and repostings.
Solid. I now realize I might've just misinterpreted the plot because the blue line does not span the entire domain. Since it met the red perfectly visually I thought it was plotted over at later time points (which in retrospect wouldn't make any sense).
