If you’re still interested in my separate thoughts on policy that would benefit lower income earners or anything else under the sun I’m not against talking about it though

Sure. Reinstating the expanded CTC, providing deductions for basic home and childcare services to end the “marriage penalty”, reinstating higher brackets at levels above the current 37% rate, and taxing cap gains annually on a stretched payment timeline rather than at realization
For the last one, an alternative to close the collateral loans loophole used by the super wealthy to access liquid capital without paying cap gains taxes would be to use a metric that identifies these loans and then tax the value of the loan in those situations
That's beneficial but I suppose I was thinking more broadly. Support for worker cooperatives or a true democratization of the stock market, a reinterpretation of corporate fiduciary responsibility or other thing for fair wealth distribution at the point of wealth creation.
Depending on how those are implemented they can be beneficial but since the jumping off point for this was the impact of changes to benefits/tax burdens (same thing really) on lower income earners I was listing specifics on tax policy. If you want my general political program that'll take a while.
