You still go 30... It's just 30kmph is 20mph.
20 km/h = home zones/residential priority streets
40 km/h = normal urban roads
60 km/h = 'better' urban roads
80 km/h = single carriageways
100 km/h = regular dual carriageways
120 km/h = motorways and high quality dual carriageways
