Our kid was a library card for Halloween, it was a sandwich board that matched the local library. The back had a QR code that directed to their website. The wagon is decorated with book characters and lights and she gave out books to kids. ☺️
Going to the library for books is awesome, and it is always good to look into other things one can check out with a library card, such as museum and park passes!!
I live like bearly 5 minute away from one, BUT THEIR NEVER OPEN, like it has the goofiest open hours and days, that its quite impossible to return or go there when you try have a adult life with adult life like jobs and busy, the con of bein in a small town i guess
It's pretty fun. We had a big natural disaster this summer. I grabbed the kid and dogs and went to work. The library was fine. Not the way I wanted to live in a library but the furniture in children's is surprisingly comfortable for sleeping.
ion got any traditional libraries near me at all so their cards are just discounts but if i do end up finding a library when i move out in a couple years then i’ll get a card
i get a dreamy look in my eye and swoon a little whenever i think about or utilize the regional colleges summit library catalogue. sweet sweet academia ✨
That’s why I got two! One for my hometown that is small and one for the bigger one 15 mins away! I plan to get one for the bigger town an hour away too if they let me
also there’s an online library called queer liberation library which as a closeted trans guy is sooooo important to me bc you can get all the gay books you want for free there

The program itself was not the best fit for me, but I get to keep the card. ❤️
Fell out of that habit during the pandemic so maybe I'll go back and visit a local library on my next day off.
Would definitely be spending literally all of my time there.
I being scaracastic.
I love doing that joke of not wanting to return books with my local librarians
