I'll start by say that I listened to the whole interview, I like and usually agree with both Ezra & Fareed, but wow, I'm disappointed. They spend most of the hour normalizing Trump's actions & actually agreeing w/many of them! Huh? It felt like a "Hitler did some good things" surrender fest. Sad.

I listened to it. They go too far filling in Trumps actions & do a mental gymnastics to give it a sense of gravitas were none exists. Our nation has a structure to fix its needs to transform through time. Trump & a minority of Americans are using lean process improvement that’s killing humanity

Listen to this this morning. Hugely interesting. But I have trouble thinking trump actually could have a plan cause he's plainly incoherent. Definitely recommend to listen to this. Forms the basis of an attack on his form of oligarchic authoritarianism.

Just think in terms of fragile masculinity, combined with trumps history as laughing stock of the wealthy part of us-society. Then enters Putin - a rather small and ugly man feared by the whole world. And then do some research on the kgb-playbook to destabilize countries and take them over.
