Doesn’t matter how he thinks the DOJ should work. If they couldn’t indict an ex-president who fomented an insurrection, his vision of how DOJ should work is basically worthless. Criminals don’t follow norms and laws. However DOJ works needs to factor that in along with a corrupted Supreme Court.

Sorry. I have to call b.s. on this one. There is no way that there would ever be a trial prior to the election, but it was due to the concerted efforts of maga operatives within the DoJ, and the most corrupt SCOTUS that this nation has ever endured. But it AIN'T on Merrick Garland.
