Easy. Put one jalapeño in a bottle of vodka (cut to stem, seeds in), fill to neck with vermouth & chill for 12 h. Strain back into bottle, freeze for a few hours. Pour.
After One Particular Night some years ago, I'm afraid of martinis 😂 (things like "I'll never ever drink again" were uttered), but this one looks amazing!
