I had to look this up cuz i was hearing he wasn't until sentencing by Rethugians. Turns out the definition requires sentencing as part of being a felon. So now they can no longer whine about it not being true. He is a felon with all the parts!

In the U.S. many people who are convicted felons can’t vote. Yet, Trump, a felon will be President. Many nations including the U.S., U.K. And Canada don’t allow felons to enter their nation. The G7 is being held in Canada this year…the U.S. President is a felon, and thus, cannot attend.
